Manage team and schedule activities

Onboarding new sales reps is incredibly simple with Platformax. Once you create your user groups and set custom permissions for each, you can simply invite your team members to the CRM, assign opportunities to them and they’ll instantly get an overview of their status and previous actions.

Assigning tasks and scheduling activities for yourself or other members of the team makes it impossible for any task to be missed. You’ll be reminded of upcoming activities by email, in the dashboard and finally via Platformax notifications engine. You can even enable SMS reminders.

Planned activities is where you’ll find a list activities that are scheduled for that day, the following day or the whole week. The default view of All will also show all past and incomplete activities.

The built-in calendar provides a monthly overview of all scheduled calls, meetings or lunches that your team needs to cater to, making it simpler to see what days of the week or the month are the busiest. All activities you create in Platformax can also be synced with your selected Google Calendar.
